Going to sporting events or the movies and hanging out with friends.

I’m a cook at Chili’s.
How were you first introduced to CrossFit?
A coworker I had about 5 years ago had me try with him.
What is your favorite WOD/movement?
Push press or deadlifts.
What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
Burpees are the death of me and sometimes box jumps.
What CrossFit accomplishment are you most proud of?
Being able to RX Grace and finishing it under 5 minutes on my first try.
What is your favorite song to WOD to?
Pretty much anything that gets me going because it ends up becoming back ground.
What would you like to accomplish next through CrossFit?
I would like to get better at pull ups and double unders.
