Where did you grow up?
Small, small town in Elmore, Minnesota.

What are your hobbies (besides CrossFit)?
My favorite hobbies include anything outdoors, I love to hike, fish, camping, do competition races and especially love riding our four wheelers.

What is your occupation?
I am Police Officer for City of Phoenix. Army Reserves as Military Police.

How were you first introduced to CrossFit?
Jennifer Languell first introduced me to crossfit. We worked together at Mayo Clinic in the Emergency Room and we were on a discussion about weight lifting. So, she persuaded me to try out   Crossfit and I was instantly hooked.

What is your favorite WOD/movement?
Deadlifting and anything to do with Running.

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
It’s a tie between the Thrusters and the Assault Bike.

What CrossFit accomplishment are you most proud of?
My recent body composition change. About four months ago, I started the Blade Method    Nutrition and Claire set my macros and I was determined to become a healthier athlete. I’ve lost almost 10lbs and my body fat percent is down 14.1lbs and gained in muscle mass. Keeping nutrition in control I’ve had numerous advancements and PRs in the WODs.

What is your favorite song to WOD to
Coach Gage’s Metal playlists and Coach Anthony’s old school playlists. Don’t have a specific song.

What would you like to accomplish next through CrossFit?
I would like to get my body fat percentage in the teens and continue to advance on RX movements. Eventually I want to do Crossfit Competitions.
