Fill in the blank: I love…I eat…I will…I am…
I love… my family, GOD, my community and my country.
I eat… healthier each day, even though grandmas cookies are still my challenge.
I will… continue to strive to improve my nutrition and appreciate all the advances in WODs, even if I don’t PR. I will always continue to motivate and help the other athletes at Crossfit.
I am… forever grateful for having Crossfit Blade in my life. I found my second family.
