How were you first introduced to CrossFit?
Gaines DuVall. Gaines asked me to workout with him and said it was ‘CrossFit’ style. We then found Blade and worked out at Main, where I was never consistent due to my lack of fitness. Little did I know how intense the workouts would be!
What is your favorite WOD/movement?
I am not sure I can ‘favorite’ any WOD or movement… ha! As soon as you think you ‘like’ one, it is time to increase the weight or reps to move towards Rx. Until I am Rxing most movements, not sure I will have a favorite.
What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
This is also a changing answer due to efficiency of movements, weight and reps. I enjoy the challenge of improving my ‘least’ favorite movements.
What CrossFit accomplishment are you most proud of?
I would have to say, coming back from my shoulder SLAP tear without surgery. I have been able to strengthen my shoulder to accomplish most movements.
What is your favorite song to WOD to?
I honestly do not remember songs that are playing during a WOD. Don’t get me wrong, I like music during a WOD, but i don’t remember the song. I do know Frank’s music is NOT my favorite. : )
What would you like to accomplish next through CrossFit?
Ugh… so much to accomplish! Kipping pull-ups, HSPUs, efficiently running(somehow I forgot how to run from high school to now!)
Why do you CrossFit?

CrossFit has changed my life! PERIOD.
