Where did you grow up?
PR: I grew up in Flagstaff Arizona and moved to Phoenix when I graduated High School

What are your hobbies (besides CrossFit)?
PR: I love being outdoors. I love to hike, bike, swim (not very well), and camp

What is your occupation?
PR: I am an aerospace machinist. I manage the repair and overhaul division of a small company in central Phoenix

How were you first introduced to CrossFit?
PR: I was introduced by a childhood friend of mine 3 years ago. He had a buddy that ran a small gym in Tempe. I loved it from the first workout I did. It was so much better than sitting at my local globo gym waiting for a person to stop doing shrugs on the squat rack. Who knew you could actually talk in a gym? Hahaha.

What is your favorite WOD/Movement?
PR: I would have to say my favorite movement is the snatch because it takes so much practice to dial in and it can always be improved upon. I don’t really have a favorite WOD, it all depends on the day.

What is your least favorite WOD/Movement?
PR: My least favorite movement is the squat clean due to my terrible elbow and shoulder mobility. My least favorite WOD is Fran because of the complete mind game it plays every time I see in on the board.

What CrossFit accomplishments are you most proud of?
PR: I am stoked every time I see that gold ribbon on the whiteboard. Weeks can be good and bad but as long as there is some improvement in all areas I am happy.

What is your favorite song to WOD to?
PR: Anything coach Frank bumps…I am Polish and Russian, but since I started coming to Blade I have become a little Irish, hahaha.

What would you like to accomplish next through CrossFit?
PR: I really wanna dial my butterfly pull ups in, handstand walk more than two steps, and squat anything more than I am right now.
