Where did you grow up?
New York

What are your hobbies (besides CrossFit)?
Getting myself invited to as many social gatherings as possible (#vaccaeverywhere) and playing with my dogs (and any other dogs that cross my path!)

What is your occupation?
Senior UCC Paralegal aka Glorified Paper-Pusher and part-time Massage Therapist

How were you first introduced to CrossFit?
A friend of mine from massage school kept posting a million things on FB about his workout routine and it was beyond annoying yet extremely fascinating all at once. I did a drop in at his gym, almost died from the rowing and air squat WARM-UP, and, naturally, signed up.

What is your favorite WOD/movement?
Deadlifts, all the Cleans, Assault Bike (Yeah, I said it!!!) Rowing, and Strong Wo(man) stuff!

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
All gymnastics movements, any and all Snatch movements, Overhead Squats, box jumps, wall balls and double unders (essentially all of CrossFit it would seem.)

What CrossFit accomplishment are you most proud of?
I lost over 60 pounds since I first stepped into a CrossFit box, I can rope climb and this one time, in Stacie’s class, I got upside down on the wall. That was fun while it lasted.

What is your favorite song to WOD to?
My music depends on my mood but I can usually rock out to Baca’s “oldies”, Lon’s pop music and Gage’s angry music.

What would you like to accomplish next through CrossFit?
I’d like to get my shoulder and knee back to health so that one day, maybe, I can step outside my comfort zone and participate in a competition outside the comfort of Blades walls.

Fill in the blank: I love…. I eat…. I will… I am…
I love … my sense of humor, my sarcasm and the sound of my own voice.
I eat… oh yes… I EAT! Unless it’s a carrot or a brussell sprout. Then I choose starvation.
I will ….most likely never change so I hope ya’ll can find a way to love me anyway.
I am ….capable of being serious as I am extremely thankful for Pam, my doggies, my health, my tribe, and the Blade community for welcoming me into their home. Which order these all belong in, you can decide.
