One–on–one

Honing Sessions

In 3 one-on-one sessions with a coach, athletes will “hone their skills” by learning the CrossFit methodology’s foundations, techniques, and terminology. These sessions get completed before starting group classes for our new CrossFit athletes to ensure proper movements will be performed.

I love that in one short hour your strength work and cardio are done. I love that it’s intense and I get a little rush from it. I love that it pushes me to try new things and go harder each day.
