In 3 one-on-one sessions with a coach, athletes will “hone their skills” by learning the CrossFit methodology’s foundations, techniques, and terminology. These sessions get completed before starting group classes for our new CrossFit athletes to ensure proper movements will be performed.

Kids & Teens
Programs for ages 4-18 to improve fitness, develop body awareness, strength, and aerobic capacity in an encouraging, playful atmosphere.
Gain power, strength, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility in one of Arizona’s premier weightlifting clubs. Open to ages 8+
Series & Clinics
Learn and improve on various gymnastics skills, rowing, aerobic capacity, nutrition, and weightlifting to name a few. Varying in focus, length, and session number and open to all.
Workout stress free while your kids play in our supervised childcare area for kids 6mo+. Available for 9 am & 4:30 pm classes.
