Based on the recommendations of your no sweat consult you’ll pick a membership that works for your fitness goals and become part of the Blade Method community.
Our One-On-One Honing Session are your introduction to CrossFit’s methodology and it’s foundational movements to help you “hone your skills.”
In 3 one on one sessions with a coach, athletes will learn skills, foundations, technique and terminology we use in the CrossFit methodology. For our new to crossfit athletes, these sessions are done prior to starting classes to ensure proper movements are completed before adding a class setting.
