Based on the recommendations of your no sweat consult you’ll pick a membership that works for your fitness goals and become part of the Blade Method community.
In 3 one-on-one sessions with a coach, athletes will “hone their skills” by learning the CrossFit methodology’s foundations, techniques, and terminology. These sessions get completed before starting group classes for our new CrossFit athletes to ensure proper movements will be performed.
