AC: AMRAP 20: 200m Air Runner-Alternating (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner, Alternate 200m Runs on Air Runner for 20 minutes. Outside = RX Runner = RX+

Overhead Squat (5 Sets: X 5 Reps: E3MOM)

Build in load for technique. Work in a 60-70% Range and take small jumps and practice perfect position today.
