Thruster (6 Sets X 3 Reps: E2MOM- Building)

6 Sets: E2MOM perform a 3 rep thruster from the floor, building in weight each set. 1st rep can be a squat clean into thruster or a power clean into thruster.

10 Bar Facing Burpees
