Back Squat (Work up to a heavy single)

For those that need to find their current 1RM for this series. Ie; if you have never found a 1RM or if you have drastically increased or decreased in strength since your last test.

For the bold: Do both

Back Squat (5 X 10 @ 60%)

2 Minutes Rest Between Sets
