In Teams of 3:
10 Mile Bike
Partner A: Starts Bike
Partner B: Rows 250/200m
Partner C: Rests
-When Partner B finishes Row, partner A goes to rower and partner C gets on the bike. Follow this order until all 10 miles are complete.
*Team of 2: 7 miles- Partner on rower will rest 1 min after row
**40 min time cap
Cool Down
1. Cheer on classmates to finish
2. 800m Walk
