400m Run

10 Burpees 50+ Step

20 Step Back Lunges

20 Sit Ups

400m Run OR 500/450m Row

Scale: Burpees to Up Downs, Lunges to Step Ups OR Air Squats, Sit Up number

*Hands must touch leg below the knee to end range of motion
