Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds:

:20 High Knees in Place

:20 Butt Kicks in Place

:20 Burpees

:20 Rest

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

40 Mountain Climbers

20 Lateral Hops

30 Air Squats

20 Lateral Hops

20 Sit Ups

20 Lateral Hops

10 Burpees

20 Lateral Hops

* Lateral Hops – Find a small object or even a line on the ground that they can do a 2 foot hop over laterally

* Sit Ups – Athlete can use there hands to push off the floor to assist on sit up


Accumulate 4 Minutes in a perfect plank position in as few sets as possible!

*Perfect Plank – Elbows on the floor, feet together, and core tight! Parents please correct them if hips raise too high or dip too low
