:15 High knees

:15 Butt kicks

:15 burpees

:15 squat hold


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 – 2:30 minute amraps

20 Mountain climbers

15 jumping squats

10 burpees

Max 10 meter shuttle runs

Rest 1:00 between rounds
In each 2:30 window athlete will complete mountain climbers, jumping squats, and burpees and with the remaining time they will complete as many 10 meter shuttle runs as they can.
