Sprint 5 meters out/back

Sprint 10 meters out/back

3 burpees

Every minute the athlete will perform 3 burpees, sprint to a 5 meter marker and back then to a 10 meter marker and back and then perform 3 more burpees and record their time. Score is fastest time!
